Payment
Comforth ApS accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, AMEX and PayPal.

Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:

1) We deduct the amount when we send the item, or
2) the money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer.
3) For preorder by card, the money will be deducted after 5 days.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and the expiry period for the reservations is 7 days.'

You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer. 

All amounts are in EUR and is incl. VAT.

The money is only withdrawn when the goods have been dispatched.

Comforth ApS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

Delivery

Your order will be shipped the same or next business day from when you ordered. We ship orders ordered before 14 the same day as they have been ordered. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days. When you complete your payment, you will have the option of choosing delivery to your own home or delivery to a parcel shop close to you. If delivery to the door is not possible, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop. You will receive an email/SMS about where the package can be collected.

We offer delivery with GLS. You can always track your package on GLS' own tracking page. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping is free on all products on comforth.com.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right of complaint. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product/service.

If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the product repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can refund your shipping costs.

Packages sent on cash on delivery are not accepted.

Refund
If a refund has been agreed, this will be refunded via the same method as the purchase was paid for. If, for example, payment was made by card, the refund will go into the bank account linked to the card in question. If this is not possible, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

100 day right of return on all products.
In addition to the statutory right of cancellation (read the section below), we offer a 100-day right of return on all our products, which means that you can cancel your purchase up to 100 days after you have received the item. In order for you to take advantage of the 100-day right of return, the item must simply be returned in unopened original packaging, unless the item is covered by the satisfaction guarantee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (read section above), we offer a 100-day satisfaction guarantee on selected items purchased in our webshop. The goods covered by the satisfaction guarantee are clearly marked on the webshop. Most items are covered by the satisfaction guarantee. You can read here, which goods are only covered by the right of return, but not the satisfaction guarantee.

The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

Return costs are your own responsibility.

The satisfaction guarantee must be reported to us no later than 100 days after the purchase and from the time you have given notice you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after that.

The notice must be given on support@comforth.com. In the message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to take advantage of the satisfaction guarantee.

The condition of the item when you send it back (satisfaction guarantee):
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the item, but not damage it or otherwise impair the condition of the item beyond what is necessary to assess quality and effectiveness.

Completeness of the item when you send it back (satisfaction guarantee):
If you want the full amount returned, you must also return the full order. That is product, box, manual, charger (if applicable) and all other parts must be returned together. If you do not return all parts of the original order, we reserve the right to deduct up to 10% of the purchase price for a refund. If you only return the product without spare parts, box etc. you will only get 80% back of the original purchase price.

Right of withdrawal  
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. 

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to support@comforth.com or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Return 

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.

The costs for returning these goods are expected to cost a maximum of DKK 60

The condition of the item when you send it back

If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back . The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get back the shipping costs.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from that day, where we have received your message requesting to cancel the agreement.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

To be able to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
