Política de reembolso

By virtue of our satisfaction guarantee, you have a 100-day right of withdrawal after receiving your product. During this period, Comforth Scandinavia guarantees a full right of return for the product, as long as it is not damaged and is returned in its entirety with all spare parts.

If you inform us of the return before the deadline expires, you have a extra 14 days to return the product itself.

Just pay attention to the following:

• Only the person who paid for the original order is entitled to a refund. If you have received a product as a gift, you can only exchange it for another product or a gift card. Alternatively, the original purchaser must contact us.
• You are responsible for paying the return shipping.
• You are responsible for the returned products until we receive them.
• All products are inspected when we receive them.
• We will refund the products at the price you paid for them - this also applies to products bought on sale.
• If the products are damaged due to irresponsible use, the full amount will be refunded minus the depreciation.
• All spare parts must be returned for a full refund. Read our terms of service here.
• The amount is refunded via the same payment method, with which the purchase was made. Do you e.g. paid by payment card, the amount will be transfered to your account linked to the card in question.
• The package must be sent by delivery. We do NOT collect parcels from parcel shops.
• We are happy to provide a UPS return label.

The satisfaction guarantee only applies if you have purchased the products in our webshop.

You must always contact us first before sending the products back. Briefly describe why you are not satisfied and state your order number. We will then inform you of the return address.

Right of return VS satisfaction guarantee

Please note that all products in our Comforth Care series and our essential oils are not covered by the satisfaction guarantee. However, they are covered by a 100-day right of return, which means they can still be returned within 100 days, but must be returned unopened and in the original packaging.

You are free to try All other products  for up to 100 days without affecting your right to return.
